रुद्राक्षमाल्या मंत्रों जेप्टोनेंटफ़्लप्ड
मुख्य मंत्र 'ॐ नमः शिवाय' (Om Namah Shivaya) या महामृत्युंजय मंत्र का जाप दाहिने हाथ की मध्यमा उंगली पर रखकर, अंगूठे से मनके घुमाकर करें। माला धारण करने से पहले इसे गंगाजल/दूध से धोकर ऊर्जावान बनाना आवश्यक है
- विधि: मंत्र का जाप करते समय माला को दाहिने हाथ में मध्यमा उंगली पर टिकाएं और अंगूठे से घुमाएं। 'सुमेरु' (गुरु मनका) को पार नहीं करना चाहिए, न ही तर्जनी उंगली का उपयोग करें।
- मंत्र: 'ॐ नमः शिवाय' या महामृत्युंजय मंत्र से सुख-शांति और स्वास्थ्य की प्राप्ति होती है।
- शुद्धिकरण: माला को उपयोग से पहले गंगाजल या कच्चे दूध से धोकर साफ करें।
- जाप मंत्र: माला को धारण करने या जपने से पहले - 'ॐ ह्रीं नमः शिवाय' मंत्र का तीन बार जप कर इसे सक्रिय करें।
